Objectives
Teozon Group expects to become recognized in the environmental friendly product industry as a leader in the development and marketing of innovative, high quality UV products.

In order to achieve the objective, we will:-

  1. Implement Smart Management – ie. out-source all the second priority division to relevant professional firm to taking care of/on behalf our company with the terms and conditions.
  2. Reinvest in the testing facilities and equipment to expand assembly and improve product’s quality.
  3. Ensure that at least 20% of all new development engineering personnel hired are graduates and put into our project team in order to have great idea of new product development.
  4. In order to maintain the quality of efficiency and effectiveness of the staff mentality, we believe the periodical training is essential for each individual department head to ensure the smooth and effective operation has been carried out.

Operation
Teozon Group currently leases a 2,200 square foot industry lot which has a combination of office and assembly area. As we are in the UV business, we added testing and soldering equipment, materials, work-in-progress and finished goods inventories and currently running at about RM200,000. We are out-sourcing our stainless steel casing to our sub-contractor to manufacture. We always ensure testing and evaluation of each casing and UV quality before packing.

 
The Market
Market Segmentation:-

Teozon Group has its own distribution network through out Malaysia as well as other countries in Asia. Our distribution coverage is based on Subsidiary Distribution Channel; OEM Channel; Project Channel; & International Channel.

We estimate that there are in excess of 200,000 offices and complexes in our own country that can benefit from UV products. The annual sales for this product are approximately 3 to 5 millions. In addition, there are still many more buildings such as Government & Private Hospitals, Government & Private Schools, Cinemas & Other Entertainment Places that are also prospective users of UV products.

Our product and the technical after-sales services are available all year round as our organization is committed to customer-satisfaction and services.

Current Market Position
Currently Teozon Group possesses about 10% of the local market share. In order to become market leader in near future, we offer a high quality product, competitive price and various services to our customers – all of which are necessary to make it in this highly competitive industry. Furthermore, we never forget that the key to success for Teozon Group is to offer its customers the latest technology and the most innovative services in meeting customer needs. Teozon Group has positioning itself as a provider of high quality product as a relatively reasonable price. Teozon Group can do this because we offer a combination of additional features and services that the competitor does not match.
